The MAGU self-build house offers you all the components for a windproof, energy-efficient building shell, from the foundation to the roof. This is how you build your house for life - even without heavy construction equipment. During the joint construction planning, you decide how much of your own contribution to the self-build house should be. Where you need support from architects, planners or structural engineers, we will provide you with a powerful team.
foundation
With the economical MAGU® Atlas plug-in system, the foundation of your house is securely established and permanently insulated. In the form of a floor slab tray, our system offers thermal bridge-free insulation and formwork for all building types.
Exterior walls
Mit MAGU Schalungssteinen ziehen Sie schnell und einfach stabile Wandschalen für die Außenwände Ihres Hauses hoch: Diese werden mit einem Betonkern ausgefüllt, verbleiben jedoch an der Wand. So wird einfache Handhabung mit bester Wärmedämmung kombiniert.
Alternativ können Sie auch MAGU Wandsysteme „all in one“ nutzen. Hierbei handelt es sich um vorkonfektionierte, geschosshohe Wandelemente.
Ceiling and roof
For ceilings and roofs, we offer support structures and fillers with low weight, excellent insulation properties and high load-bearing capacity. You can build all types of ceilings without a crane. Our system is particularly ideal and economical for building all types of gable, pent or flat roofs.
